GUIDED KAYAK ADVENTURE
Be guided through Eken’s archipelago for a day and enjoy nature and divine paddling.
Enjoy a full day exploring the Lake Vänern archipelago by kayak, being led by an experienced guide. The archipelago offers calm paddling conditions even in breezy weather, while Lake Vänern’s open water and outer islands and skerries are a mere stone’s throw away.
We paddle from the kayak rental at Navensberg, on the west side of Kållandsö. We paddle to the south and at noon we stop at an island and eat smoked fish, a delicacy that Spiken’s fishing port is famous for.
Requirements: Ability to swim and normal level of fitness. You should have tried kayaking before.
Appropriate clothing: Outdoor leisure clothing, pants that aren’t too thick as legs will be enclosed inside the kayak. In warm weather, shorts and sandals are recommended; in rainy weather, it is useful to bring a waterproof jacket
